bu or org? ...you must be new here ...every quarter ending month on the weekday closest to the 15th there are layoff announcements of Union workers .
If you make this claim the least you can do is to state your BU or Org.

I personally think it's going to be the Uverse side of the business. The dish will be gone in a couple years and fiber is taking over eventually. My 2 cents.
