Many have said it before but I believe it’s worth repeating. Fiserv is going downhill. There is no future for anybody here. If you are smart - and I know the majority of those who have been here since before this whole mess started are - you are already on your way out. This place is done.

FI has become the company you work for because you need a paycheck. Take the job, build your resume, and use this a s temporary stepping stone until you can find a real job at a real company!
Oh so nice to see Shilly again, riding that rocket. I guess BH was not enough to turn the thing around. And your stock prediction is always wrong. Frank - if you read this - nobody here of any smarts trusts what garbage Shilly writes of.
Titanic? More like the S. S. Minnow
The stock is doing great. This thing isn’t sinking, it’s launching. $250 in 2024!!!
Agreed with @zoe+1nIJiKRL, this version of "leadership" is constantly busy rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic as it hurdles toward the iceberg. This playbook they are running isn't sustainable. I expect the crash to come sooner than later.
Those with the golden parachutes will be just fine… not so much for the rest of us. And about the survey… not confidential…they zero in on each manager’s direct reports comments
"Keep getting rid of the dead weight and Titanic will be just fine."
This perfectly sums up the situation - leadership is busy getting rid of the "dead weight" employees that happen to do all the work as the Titanic goes full steam ahead - leadership are the ones steering us into the iceberg... (look up the Dunning-Kruger Effect to understand)
Sad irony is the leadership will be the first in the life boats when the Titanic sinks when they should be the ones that go down with the ship!
Keep getting rid of the dead weight and Titanic will be just fine.
There will be a future for FI, but not for employees. In the years to come anyone 5 to 10 years will be few and far between. Dont believe it? Go look at the keynote speaker's track record from the forum and what she did to ibm....
