Frank is leaving and good riddance. About time shareholder recognized what was going on here.

@2mry+1vGyTCy3 Frank will not be here long term or is not smart enough to think about those things.

Some facts here

  1. Frank retiring next year
  2. His objective is solely to boost share price so he can cash in
  3. Vision is short term as the impact on staff layoffs and more people leaving with 5 days a weeks and increased hours is taking a toll on in-flight projects
  4. Senior Management are on excellent pay and will follow as instructed.
  5. Long term price will crash as markets will realize the devastation.

Frank thinks the all employees are interchangeable. Someone with zero days of experience is just as productive as someone with 40 years of experience. Eventually the wheels will fall off. The question is if Frank will still be around when it happens.

I honestly don't understand the CEO and leadership. Eventually, the labor market is going to swing back in the other direction and they're going to have a hard time finding good people, and then company performance will suffer. Frank doesn't give two s**ts about his employees and I don't think he cares that people know that about him.

What’s management thought process of having people managers in 5 days/9 hours when their people aren’t in on Friday? Setting the stage for something else?

It su-ks and it’s official. I was told by my VP today that paygrades 11 and higher will have to come in 9 hours per day Monday through Thursday; people managers will be required to be in the office 9 hours per day Monday through Friday. We were told this is effective Monday Dec 2 and that more formal communication will come.
I’m not sure what changed in the past week, at our town hall last week they said we’re all Monday-Thursday in office with no set amount of hours. Now they go to the extreme???
They lay off a bunch of people and then require the rest of us to pick up the slack by forcing a 45 hour work week.

I don't get paid enough to work a 45 hr week.

90 percent of the comments in Your Voice talked about more flexibility in what can Fiserv do to be better and C suite takes a steamer right on us. Devalue work outside the office folks aren’t going to work after leaving the building because apparently that doesn’t count as work. Now instead of WFH folks will take R&R and we also lose that productivity for the day. I was hired 5 days a week so whatever but now we have to micromanage to make sure folks are here instead of doing the damn job. Do they want us to hate it here?

This is absolutely not true. Maybe for some but not everyone has been told this. My team is 6 working hours in sapience

Matt said they were performance related and retirements. He is either lying or if you are let go now you are not getting any severance because they are not saying its a RIF. Things are getting ugly and worse then they were because you now have leadership possibly lying about what is happening in the company. That man could not get off that call fast enough. I am actively looking and so should everyone else.

And Mr Wilcox told a big lie about RIF reasons. We have all been advised they were expense reasons and he reiterate over and over they were performance. Lies upon Lies upon Lies from Sr leadership (lacking that)

This is what they give senior employees in exchange for making sure your employees are in the building for 8 hours a day. Wonderful irony.

This is true - Matt Wilcox just held a BU call announcing it to his group. 5 days in the office for people managers and 9 hour work days for incentive compensation employees. Aka any employee currently on the bonus structure will be required to work 9 hours/day.
