10 Regions Incoming

If you couldn't see the writing on the wall, now you do. Texas becomes one region. Florida becomes one region. Ten total regions in the bank.

Math is bad. If those go down to 1 region each that makes 12 regions not 10.

It will eventually ripple to all lines of business. If there are still 14-16 leaders in you LOB they’ll eventually be pared down. Happens every time.

Is this confirmed, which RPs are out, there are 14 regions at the moment! When will this be effective?

But they leave North Carolina as two regions. Guess they have to protect their two Suntrust flunkies here. Remember they with no fanfare made Jenna West NC region RP from being a group leader of 11 regions late last year. RP appointments are usually very public with the media. 21 regions previously now only 10.

Can someone elaborate on the ripples here? Does this apply to wealth and other LOB’s or just banking? Are there layoffs? What are the pros/cons of this ?
