When I started it was 8. Now it's closer to 12 and they keep expecting more.

You people are doing something wrong. I do MAYBEE two hours of productive work, the other 6 are moving my mouse around once in awhile to appear busy

Corp Risk is useless.
We can get rid of everyone tomm, and both productivity and profits will increase.
LOL it doesn’t take 100 hours a week is a light week for Risk to look he other way.
9 on a good day, 11-12 is avg, and 15 hours has happened more often then I like.
I make sure not to give this place my life. I dont work more than 6 hours a day. As the weather gets better with spring and summer, I plan to spend more time golfing and outside without taking PTO.
If it doesnt get done today or tomorrow, it can wait. At this point I am just hoping that the work from home gets extended a little more past 9/2021. That would be ideal.

Regarding the regional service advisor, I spoke to one maybe a 1.5 years ago. Apparently they include commute and traffic time as part of “work”. I remember thinking “why” would you say this? Commute isn’t “work”.

12 hours a day.
My group is super slow. If I bring it up to my manager he gets irritated and tells me to email other managers and tell them I’m available. According to him it’s my responsibility to keep myself busy. We’re working from home so I don’t have the challenge of looking busy in an open office where everyone can see my screen, so that’s something. But filling out timesheets definitely involves some creative bookkeeping.
If you’re a regional service advisor, you measure in terms of weeks. My RSA works probably a grand total of 3hrs/week where 2.5 hours is getting coffee or lunch. Also, I can’t measure how fast an email forward takes but since it’s so small, I figured to exclude it in the number.

I finish all my work responsibilities in 20-30 minutes per day. With the other time I'll watch movies and just hangout at home.
I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late. I use the side door – that way, The Boss can’t see me. After that, I sorta space out for an hour...I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I’m working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch, too. I’d say, in a given week, I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual work.
6 - 7.5 hours a day.
I rarely put in 8 hours of total work in a day, but I more than effectively manage my higher-than-average-for-my-group day-to-day workload.
I'm significantly more busy than I used to be due to us losing a significant amount of staff (not directly due to cuts) while having our overall workload double. On top of the workload doubling, I get to watch dev teams scramble to go from the old release schedule that they could barely manage to keep up with into the agile release schedule that they still can't manage to keep up with.
I log 8 a day generally. Sometimes it 9-12 if there are last minute add-ons. But generally I work about 1 hr a day.

@cib, I am with you. I asked my manager so many times for more work. He is not interested in keeping me busy, guess I am on the chopping block. At this point, I don’t care. Just collecting money as much as I can.
I work abt 4 hours a day. My boss's fault, not mine, for not having enuf for us to do!
If it takes you 12 hours a day to do your job then your doing something wrong. Of course there are occasional days like that but nothing consistent.

Since they won’t backfill jobs this will continue. We haven’t had a backfill since May 2019.
12 for some and 1 or even less for some. Lot of lazy people out there
