They’ve been saying this for years and it seems they are unable to even gather the willpower to make a plan for it. I’ve seen countless headcount initiatives and they have never stuck to a plan

If you ever become a manager you'll very quickly realize that you're still a peon. If you're not on the OC, You're a peon with no power. All of it has been centralized to the extreme. Everyone else is just passing down BS from the top.

To the person who commented about reducing management or getting rid of management. It would be nice to see some of these managers demoted and their pay adjusted down. I know there are limits but make them remember what it was like to be a peon and suffer like the rest of us.
