Does anyone know if the severence agreement posted in Colleague Zone is current? My director said that while the amounts are what he'd expect, he's surprised it would be available for us to find and he hadn't been told about it. That and the 2022 date makes me wonder if it got scraped out of an archive and posted by accident while migrating MyHR.

The severance policy was included in the 10-Q filed last week (check SEC fillings). It looks to be the same as the one posted on ColleagueZone.
I hope you’re one of them you troll
Typical boomer can’t find a document on the intranet. Hopefully the boomers are the 5,000 people.
I don’t care about the severance, it is probably just 1 week. I’m going to look for another job.
Everyone should start looking for new jobs. Lots of companies are hiring. So WE are in control to tell Karen to tell her what she can do with her severance. Let her scramble. She doesn't care about us.
Post ID: @yfu+1nYLbXgR - Which department is yours. Can you give a hint. How many were laid off.
If your director hasn’t been told about the severance it makes me think he was told something.
What dept and how many people were laid off? Was that part of the 5000?
Yes. My department recently went through a layoff and that is the document they referred us to.
If you are offered a severance package they will send your specific package to your personal email. it's not something you can get from collegue zone and expect it to be accurate for any particular employee. If you get sent a severance package, be sure and follow the directions to accept. it will have a deadline to sign and return. If you miss that deadline you forfeit the offer.
