@z8 Last year was tough. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. I think too many chefs are in the kitchen and that's why our wins are low. But that was done intentionally, right? If we keep getting the same unwanted results, yet keep the same constant variables, these things are bound to happen. We adjust the wrong thing and the number of recalls last year proved it. No steroids or hormones? Is the chef European or is he one of those anti science whack jobs who listens to RFK Jr? I thought steroids and hormones were safe and effective according to HR and the FDA.

Okay, so there are n​o added hormones or steroids i​n them, and the total is actually a little more after taxes, maybe a dollar or two. They’re very filling as well. I think it’s a great option for a one meal a day protocol. I decided not to get it yesterday because I needed to line a few other things up first so I could make the most of it. I’m planning to train fasted and use it as my post workout meal. Overall, I think it’s a really solid idea, and it tastes great. This seems like an excellent choice for cutting while still maintaining, and possibly even slightly increasing, strength. I also think having a fridge will change the game for me and make prepping much easier, may​be even combining everything into full meals that a​re already cut up.
