@1yax I generally agree. The problem for us is that the higher ups look at your groups'situation and thinks "if we offshore 90 of them, then they'll fit in the workplace just fine. Win win!"

Bigger picture, there may not be office space to sit all 260,000 employees, but there may be room to sit 200,000...

Hey wake up folks. Couple of things:
1- go back to the office will enable attrition without severance
2- there's a reason there is less space than there are employees, do the math and you know target employee counts by office (until more close)
3- if you're in anon hub location, you don't have an office to go to and it's likely your job moves to a hub location ... You can move for the job, at your own expense ... Another move to drive attrition with no severance

They still haven’t addressed the lack of space issue. In downtown mpls they cut all the leases to move everyone to the new towers and then didn’t have space to fit everyone. Out of our extended team’s 150ish employees, we had space for about 60, the rest were WFH fulltime. Nothing has changed to remedy that yet. When we would have in person town halls there weren’t enough rental cubes to fit em all so most would wfh until the meeting, drive in, eat lunch, drive home, and then finish out what little was left of the day.

As far as everyone being back in the office fulltime....I’ll believe it when i see it.

I haven't heard anyone whining. Going back to the office instead of my bedroom with 4 kids running around sounds great to me!

Do you have anything of value to contribute, or do you just complain about people who complain.

Why do you call yourself a beggar? WFC should be begging for excellent employees. It shouldn’t be employees begging to keep their job.

I'll work wherever they want me to, as long as I don't get laid off. Beggers can't be choosers.
