Never mind my feedback will be as negative because if you are not sheep then you are a negative team member. I don't worry the only good results will come out of, the negative scores will never see sunlight.

Every time Sr. Leadership goes over Pulse results, they tell us "we hear you," and then jack the commission structure, outsource support centers, and increase chargebacks to a full year (FTW?). The last 2 years have seen at least 3 overhauls to the govt. biz. comp. plan...all of which have benefitted VZ and made it damned near impossible to make any money.
Ever wonder why one-by-one your leadership are jumping ship? There's no money to be made.

@wxz+1f6HllHQ SO what you are saying is that you/Verizon is using deceptive business practices to manipulate reps into thinking this survey is not only anonymous but a safe outlet for them. If I didn't know any better I would say you just admitted on here that you/Verizon are doing something that not only goes against the Credo but is illegal. Better hope your boss doesn't use your pretentious post to rif you.

I love watching you guys come on here thumping your chests and bragging about what you're going to tell us on your pulse survey. You try to act fearless and invincible here, and with your coworkers face to face. When push comes to shove, though, every last one of you cave, buckle, bow down, bend the knee, pucker up... whatever you want to call it. I see all the results, and who submitted them. The most rebellious thing any of you do is miss the deadline by a day or two.
We were going to use pulse to weed out the dissidents for the next RIF. What we found out, instead, is just how subservient ALL you guys are.
No matter what you say, or how strong you think your convictions are, you will tow the line before you submit your survey. So, go ahead... boast and crow to coworkers, family and friends. It's anonymous to them. You and I will know that you are lying to all of them, though... most disappointingly your children and spouses.
It is 100% anonymous. The managers just get notified who hasn't taken it. The responses do not have the rep names attached. Managers always try to guess who wrote what. It is 100% anonymous. BE HONEST.

It's NOT anonymous. Otherwise how do they know you DIDN'T take it. Responses are attached to your email. Last pulse survey our supervisor named four people who hadn't taken it yet.

Money is being stolen from employees due to unfair survey scores. Team commission has created so much laziness and does not drive sales. Customers do not care about 5g at all. Most customers keep asking for a 4g Sim card and not a 5g Sim card to be installed. Covid policies are discriminatory based on vaccine status. Speaking of covid we are still wearing masks and hiding behind glass after 2 years, time to end the theater when customers have to take 0 precautions. 5g home is the new HUM. Insurance is way too expensive.
@kxq You did not. Why would you say this? Unless you are in a department of 1 and the answers simply could have come from nobody else so you exposed yourself unintentionally... or you spouted some grade-school level insults... Nobody broke protocol and jumped through all the hoops required to track you down to comment to you individually.

Not taking it out of fear of retaliation
I do them every year and speak my mind exactly. I know they can find out who said what if they really wanted to do that, but people attach WAY too much fear to that fact. They want the overall picture, and if they didn't, they shouldn't ask for it.
Never had the first question about any of my remarks. Granted, I don't speak like a 10yr old... but I do express my every concern. Every year.
Not taking it and saying you did would be the best move.
