It all but confirms most reps will see about $400 dollars a month rolled into their base. The rest will be made from the new team commission. An average month for most store looks like it will be around a $800 to $1100 per team member in commission.

Just looking at the propaganda video with how much employees love part time. They are young who want a job that is a step better than McDonald's. That is where we are at
- and what is the value of a consumer sales rep? Seriously. It’s devalued nearly everywhere and in nearly every industry. When was the last time most of you, for example, spoke to an insurance agent for a plan? It’s a sign of the times, folks. Might need a new gig, whatever that might be.
These are the first days in a rebellion. F U Verizon. A game to show how we are going to have a hard time making ends meet. nothing like using a pandemic to your corporate benefit. I agree with one of the posters we all need to email Forbes and tell them after covid-19 Verizon is f—ing their employees.
@wvg+15nzrDdZ I agree the training was very disrespectful. A game??? Really??? You can bust it all month or do nothing and it’s only a couple hundred dollars difference.. lol what a Fkn joke
Looking like a 20k pay decrease for me yearly and a nice raise for most in my store that never hit their target!
Make you all review the training. It was very disrespectful IMO. A game with childish sounds. Like it is a game. Pay is the most important. Verizon keeps saying employees matter. Totally BS. We are cutting your pay and here is a game for you dumb children.
Yes, and thats why they paid everyone their base salaries plus IA so everyone keeps quiet (thanks for the amazing tax refund vzw must’ve got & other govt incentives). This is already in the works beginning of this year. Want more? Insurance & other benefits are next.
Wow so about a $3 per hour bump. Ha we are all f-ed
Yep less amount to multiply.
