Don’t dare use yellow or red anymore for status reporting. It’s a negative association with the WF brand. We now have to use custom rgb colors of orange and coral. Yes this is for real from the tech secretaries in the bus offc

Most statuses would either be SHT Brown and PSS yellow

Green and red don’t work for the color blind. Pick again.
It's not just all about the colors, have you forgotten about the font?
this is a boomer thing. these banks are gonna get rolled by the tech giants. boomers have no place in leadership anymore.
Changing the color palette on status reports is like shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic 🙄
There's a LOT of that going on around here and all employees hear is chamber music as the freezing cold sinks in.
Hubby is color blind, he thinks orange is brown, my coral shirt is red and forget green. Seriously? Who uses coral for projects? They didn't think perhaps we could use a completely contracting color? I guess no one in charge of "transformation" (yak) cares so surprised
Then you have those who are colorblind. Look up the color palette on the Brand site and use whatever is on there.
The official brand colors are WF Mustard and WF Ketchup.
Several years ago the Project Management office published the exact shades of Red, Yellow, and Green from Pantone Color charts, that we were supposed to use in reporting. With all of the problems at WF, someone gets paid to choose colors...SMH.
Even the status reports don't want to be associated with the WF brand.
WF changes there branding colors evey year I feel.
I will continue to use the typical traffic light colors to report on statuses. They are easily understood...green, amber/yellow, red
It’s amazing what they think is important here. God forbid they fix the infrastructure issues, environments non usable for testing half the time, developers not knowing how to test after they got rid of the QAs, business needs not being met, etc.
Why is formatting the new end all be all?? It’s mind-boggling that we now spend all our time on color & format, with little regard to whether or not a process actually works or a figure is accurate. I can’t get out of this dumpster fire fast enough.
And this has what to do with layoffs?
😂
