Did anyone noticed that Humana has becomes propaganda company lately? They are showing happy faces and all googly good pics while so many of us aren’t happy? They are planning layoffs behind the scenes and predicting us to work normal as if nothing happened. Sorry but I am not able to work and concentrate with this conflicting company image. Anyone else having a similar situation?

Well. As an adult I have left companies that I did not enjoy. Beats sitting around whining all day. I grew a set and bailed when it was no longer a good fit for me.
@wil+1fHaB0oW Ask anyone who is monitored by Verint if they're happy. Having every moment watched and logged. Every website you visit scrutinized. Giving people a whole 3% pay raise and then taking 1/3rd of it away.... Oh yeah... People are real happy. Don't even get me started on the health insurance. Pretty much useless unless you have some serious illness, you will never get through that deductible. When you do need to see someone, the providers scowl at you because Humana pay so badly. Best of all. The AIP. We were conned a few years back with that little Gem. They use this to keep you happy and to keep your pay below the national average. The only way to get a real raise at Humana is leave and comeback. You are right. Humana is not just telephonic CM's. Humana associates are often paid what appear to be good wages on the surface but pay never keeps up and benefits suck. That's true for those of us who are not telephonic CMs also.
Also, there are thousands of people that work for Humana, in all different roles and departments, and maybe some are happy and thriving….please don’t forget that Humana at home telephonic CMs are only part of Humana….they are just a sliver….

What you’re seeing isn’t new, unfortunately. We’re all supposed to smile and act like everything is normal when it isn’t. That’s how Humana rolls. Just hang in there. Don’t let this get you down. It’s a big game. Learn to play it. None of us can predict what the future holds. But we can learn to stay calm even in the midst of the storm. It’s how you stay sane.
