tenured employees dont get raises cause they already make too much. you were overpaid before when the cellular business was booming and people had $500/month family plan phone bills. now people can do everything online and get a $25 unlimited plan thru visible. or a $150 family plan on post paid. the company aint making the money it used to from cellular. you have become accustomed to a lifestyle of making 6 figures but now you will have to realize your real value and adjust your life. use tuition reimbursement and get educated so you can move on from fast food level store position.

You don't need this feeble example to show corporate is against us. Just look at the way we are paid, look at the things they are taking away from us slowly, look at how reps of certain tenure stop getting annual raises, look at how the metrics are set up, look at how dm and gm talk to those who point it out, look at all the stores that are underpaid and understaffed but more more more for half of what you used to make, look at their reasoning for it too..."We didn't have to keep you guys employed during covid, now that it's over be thankful you even have this glorious position".....the list goes on obviously with the way our systems can't work in an affective and reasonable time without glitches, logging out, or the ability to go back a page without starting everything over. Oh and ris...that proved immediately that this company's corporate leaders wanted us reps to get the ol shaft. Sad part is we still perform for them and take their bu-----t comments when metrics aren't over 100 in one area. Also has anyone gotten that $200 kicker? I was top performer in my store and they made some bu-----t excuse to give me all 5 and one 4 just so I couldn't get it. Yeah you are correct they don't care and the positions above store are hard to get because management claims you have to be a SM before they will consider you for any position outside of sales or CSR.

heres advice for store reps. your job is a dead end. its an entry level position to a company with many opportunities. learn what the company is doing outside the confines of your store which by the way will close or convert to reseller. find a position that is a step up from helping a granny with her smartphone. complaining about commissions and broken systems will get you nowhere. best of luck.

@wbw+1hdlAorb I’ve been tracking these messageboards for several years now. Any mention of Union is always prefaced by “ I want a union out of spite “. Nobody ever says they want a union to come in and save them......ever.
