@yx cover up. Those numbers were pie in the sky to begin with. No one is happy with schneider. She took away manager service managers who were VPs & derserved their titles. Then renamed Sales Account Executives to a lowly title like Retirement Plan Specialists. What a bunch of f-in BS ! PARs are now Participant Account Specialist. Rename them: Education Specialists or Participant Educators. The Job Architecture flopped big time. Need to can some people in that area. What a disaster.
@sr cant wait for the next joint webex w/her and favors attempting to explain why over 10% of employees are still under their job bands minimum salary tables & that is no longer a problem since employees are being replaced by scab contractors from India-na
U r leaving out the fact that this transformation is being lead by smart people unlike the id--ts of the admin ops who are all failed the prior transformations. The Deliverables fail when uneducated button pushing special needs babies plague a workforce. Brighter days ahead!
@c9 what does Susan Schneider do ? I have been here several years and have yet to receive any emails with her name on them. And they are paying her $250,000.00 per year ? HR said last yr that we are not judged about how many meetings we have. We are judged on our results. However, has anyone done an objective drilldown about how Susan & Tara collectively deserve to be paid over $1,000,000.00 per anu.s ?

Why have the Regulators not mounted up and started to investigate the whole MofA business practices and what has been going over the last five years. Seems like there have been many of miss-steps and negligence with management or just terrible decisions.
