It is intentional. They know it doesn't accurately capture your day. Has anyone learned how to beat rhe tracker yet?

start supporting one of the government contracts... they can't install sapience on your machine if you do.

It’s a completely useless tool. Step away to collaborate with a team member or manager you’re unaccounted for. Attend a meeting in person without your laptop, unaccounted for. I have no idea how anyone can continue to defend this company.
Just schedule a meeting in Outlook for 8+ hours a day, it'll count as productivity in sapience. It's that d-mb. Then just jiggle your mouse and type jibberish into word, a notepad, browser window, enhance your resume, etc, to capture keystrokes.
There a various “mechanical” tools on Amazon that may assist with clicking your mouse. However, the only way to solve it, is to get out of that detention facility they call Fiserv
Yeah. I cannot sit down all day and usually take a 10 to 15 minute walk around the office in the morning and in the afternoon.
So, when I go home, I setup a fake teams meeting and run a spoon on my laptop with a book on top for ~30 to 60 minutes to cover my two walks, bathroom breaks and getting coffee and or water.
