Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Your voice surveys results are in

Ready? 55%

Worst survey results ever! I am confident the stupid exec leadership lead by Frank will blame the middle managers. Thoughts?

55% seems too high! Wonder how much was due to "it's anonymous but you need to login" approach

I was happy I got to take this survey on my way out the door. I had some....colorful commentary I added regarding Frank and his C-Suite goon squad turning the company into a sh------n. I'm sure they'll use this feedback to learn and grow as leaders and people Lofl. Or they'll just continue to line their pockets while they drive the brand name into obscurity.

Have already hear leadership spinning and blaming this on the survey timing and being so close to RTO. Well no svit.

That was funny "They laid off people who liked working at Fiserv" by mistake. Thanks for letting me start the day with a amile

For the fun of it, I looked at several positions open at Alpharetta, where I used to work. Some good title positions - with pay $20 to $28 hour. OK, so you can work at McDonalds or Waffle House for the same appox pay.

Looks like they laid off the people who liked working at Fiserv by mistake. I'm sure if they layoff hard enough they will eventually get these dissatisfied employees.

44,000 employees love working at Fiserv. Is is only the 200 on this board that caused 45% of the damage to the scores.

FI is at 124!? That is almost as high as FISV's price three years ago!

Remember when FISV's stock price would increase year after year? Sure feels different now.

I gave Fiserv the highest scores on this survey. There's more than one way to mess up their metrics amd that's to make them think things are better than they really are.

Stock’s at $124, that’s the only metric that matters

I would guess he means "Engagement" result.
Which is average of positive replies to "I would recommend Fiserv as great place to work" "I intend to stay for next 12 months" and "I am proud to work at fiserv"
Last year it was 77%.
If it is true and there is drop to 55% globally it should ring bells to any senior manager who wants to stay here for more that year or two as it means company is starting to be internally disfunctional.

Sadly as someone already pointed here they will probably blame employees and lower management.

55% participation? What the 55% number for?

What a shitshow. I'm sure Frank and the rest of the clowns will stumble out of the clown car at the next all associate meeting, falling down all over themselves about these results.

It seems that they delayed the survey until the mandatory Monday -Thursday work from office was announced. That way, any negative results can be connected to that message and not a reflection on leadership.

Only the questions about diversity and inclusion matter. If those results are good then he’ll use them in “best place to work if you’re…” marketing campaigns.

No. He'll blame the emoyees. We should be grateful we have jobs in his small mind. I mean we are like McDonalds workers
