Here at the Sam's Club I work at as a Member service assistant in the parking lot there is an issue. The issue is a aggressive female vagrant that walks the parking lot of our club daily harassing members for money. When members refuse to give her money she screams obscentities,use profanity, call them out of their name and hit their vehicles. I have told her to leave personally but she called me names(I don't care to repeat). I tell management over the walkie when she is in our parking lot and they ignore me.
Mind you this lady has had the police called on her multiple times as well as arrested multiple times. One time she was arrested she said she would return the following week and she did. Management says their is nothing they can do because she will continue to do it.
Added note: I know this is not the right thing to do but I stopped saying anything to managenent because they don't do anything and I stopped telling the vagrant to stop because this happens daily. I do not see a point.
