One word AGILE!
There are tech people and then there are “tech people”. The first group are people who have built their own computers in their free time, designed circuit boards, built out old school servers and phone systems. They can figure out stuff based on deep experience. Then there are “tech people” who can follow protocols and work flows and talk about process mapping. Guess which one we are run by?
Best thing to do when going through layoffs is to make sure everything is locked down so no angry employees can mess things up when they are let go.
It sounds like Technology together can't get their sh*t together, so they have a non-tech babysitter, Christine H., telling us all we're either on freeze or heightened awareness. Does ANY senior leader in this organization actually have experience running the show?
Totally agree. Business justification needed on all releases going forward too... Not all releases include business-requested stories.
