How does that help? The previous CEO who by the way WAS FIRED started the offshoring, and CS is continuing it. If anything, this proves CS is doing the wrong thing, because he's continuing policies and ways of working that got the last guy fired.
At this point it looks like CS actually wants to get fired because he's quiet quitting. He doesn't do any real work, he doesn't actually take the quarterly report calls seriously, he doesn't do public meetings anymore, he mouths off at congress during congressional hearings - how long can he last after years of quiet quitting?
We hired 8,000 in India.
Too many.
