I just made my DM's life miserable like they made ours. I got the buyout like planned.
If anyone is waiting to get a buyout and their company car, you are wasting your time! Take charge of your life, don’t wait for them to do anything cause they don’t and they won’t!
They offered me mine for $26,000
@v3 coming from a rep that took a buyout, they don't 'give' you the car. They offer it at a ridiculous price. Their asking price to me for mine was $8,500 with over 100k miles. Not even close to being worth it.
They don’t own them but could buy them out. They did it for keebler reps. But yeah, I doubt they would do that
“Giving you a company car”….haha! Mondelez is so cheap that will never happen. They also don’t own them, they are leased.
Stores are putting so much pressure on companies to keep in stock levels high, DSD companies continue to cut labor. Eventually DSD will be a thing of the past

This was probably the whole point of Mission One anyways, create such an unfixable mess that the only logical thing left to do is go warehouse.

Right, we hire new people and they don’t last a month usually. Only way they’re sticking with this job is if they owe the mafia. Then once that debt is paid they’ll quit.
