Is this still happening?
They need to eliminate all incompetent employees, regardless of their educational background.
It’s constant a few here and there every month some to Accenture some just riffed
They’re trying to eradicate southern accents at Truist with these layoffs. That’s a great thing with good purpose
CDW, Deloitte, McKinsey, Accenture, IBM, Cisco and likely others are here learning what we do so they can assume our jobs. They are cleaning house and replacing leaders/managers with new people and teams with contractors. The writing is on the wall if you stop and read it!
@ulo+1uI19wik Very true. Lots of managers have quit in North Florida CSBB and more planning to. Leadership has told me to try to keep a pipeline it’s tough on the people who stay. Turnover ensues at all levels but leadership doesn’t want to listen and make changes for the reasons everyone keeps leaving.
Too bad BillyBob and Beauzo won't be laid off.
There is another thread exactly like this - the layoffs scare tactic must make someone happy posting over and over again
No the layoffs are going to be wide and far you should be scared
Oh boy, here we go entertaining sh*tposting again. "LaYOffS wHeN?!
You all are the sorts to fall for ransomware smh.
It's hard to understate the panic that is going to ensue when 3Q earnings are released and the market sees that after a year of layoffs the efficiency ratio has gone nowhere and revenue continues to decline as the firm bleeds market share.
Why are there so many aholes on here? Someone communicates information for us and people are jerks about it? WTF is wrong with you people? Anyway, thanks to the person who posted this. With zero transparency from the sc-m it's nice to see some employees actually care to share info.
Meanwhile LinkedIn is littered with Truist recruiters with jobs available many are management roles.
@hwx+1uI19wi
I'm not sure how you could pretend this isn't going to happen when they already ramped up the outsourcing to Infosys.
That's peak delusion.
“You bored because the hurricane knocked your power out?”
Bill, you know you’re not supposed to be on here during work hours. If you don’t accelerate your purpose and clean your room the board won’t let you go to your big golf party.
“Confirmed” yeah sure….
You bored because the hurricane knocked your power out?
