I just got word from my Manager this nice tool is being officially used. I know it's been on my PC for awhile. Any ways to beat this? Just gives such a warm fuzzy to be treated so professionally. Nice job Frank the Dictator

Extremely easy to beat. All you need to do is put something heavy on your keyboard and have it press multiple keys simultaneously. You need to move the object around a bit but you can have several keys pressed at the same time and they will repeat (werwerwer). Trust me it works. Open Word, Excel, search in a browser and sapience will show you were in that app for X number of hours. Just remember to switch apps every hour or two :)
I’ve had sapience on my laptop for 5 years. I liked it during Covid as it showed I put in my time & was never under 95% productive. Since RTO I haven’t been above 20% productive (most days under 10%)…sapience is no longer on my machine hmmm proof that some people are more productive at home? Let’s just get rid of that evidence
It is your data that they are gathering. Why let them have permission to it?
@ugm+1n2U222X lol, no. it would see that you installed it, and the associated process.
gone are the days that you can "beat" productivity monitoring applications.
The tool and its usage haven’t changed in at least the past year. Just ignore it. There’s documentation on FUEL about the tool and its shortcomings. There’s no way to accurately track your productivity. If you’re meeting your goals, you’re fine.
Just make it Frank the _dick_. No dictator needed. Short, fat, Napoleonic complex.

Yes staffing adds will be approved or denied based upon your data. Under 7 hours of active keyboard time means you have the ability to take on more
