So will DNA be affected by this latest news? They are already struggling to service clients.

DNA at this point means Do Not Associate
The consulting firms will be able to support the clients, but what about all of those in development being let go aka told to relocate or else. It’s going to be a skeleton crew left after this and I feel for them because they will only be able to do so much with the small staff left.
Does anyone know tge names of the consulting firms? Curious
They said in the meetings there are 7 partners aka consultanting firms being hired by fiserv and it was one of the ways they said they will make up for losing staff due to this asi!!nepolicy. Start looking at the org charts how many consultants are showing up in there. Start asking, why are they there already if you are just now being told to move or leave. Read the tea leaves.
Outsourcing is now the name of the game. That firm is smart to hire x-Fiserv it’s a gold mine.
I was just talking to a teammate today about this. It appears that Fiserv is hiring some of the consultants from said firm to help out as they were showing in the internal org charts again, likely due to the fact that they can no longer support the clients due to laying employees off. It’ll only get worse in the coming days. Very sad.
No longer at Fiserv but was DNA and allot of old coworkers reached out. The majority of my old team were told move or leave. A few train your replacement. So sad. I see so many people going to one specific consulting firm that I almost bet they will take over the DNA support.
Not many at Precision will move either
All clients are moving to Finxact right? LOL.
Can't speak to DNA but precision is basically toast, if it survives the massive brain loss it would be a miracle if it's around in 2-3, even 5 years. Entire site being shutdown by mid 2024. MGMT just says "we'll figure it out".
@tzq+1oBcZFkk DNA =
Doomed Non-relocated Associates
No. They do not have a plan. "We'll figure it out".
They are destroying over a billion dollars in annual revenue so they can save a few million in tax credits. So Fiserv will definitely be losing money due to these decisions.
Fiserv will never recover from the reputational damage. The current bank executives who will deal with this mess will never choose Fiserv in the future.
DNA is being gutted. Let’s be real, maybe a few diehards will relocate but majority in those calls are walking away. If only Fiserv had dates or any relevant information to provide us.
I am not moving! DNA Implementation here.
My guess is they want to unload bank solutions. I always thought it would be core by core, but this kind of shock and awe campaign makes me think it might be sold off all as one.
Cuts are always short term solutions to problems. These kinds of massive and continual cuts signal something bigger.
What does the DNA abbreviation mean?
Post ID: @xia+1oBcZFkk....I think that is looking to be the case or something close to it. Frank basically wants to drive a tank in a just level whole areas. Slash and burn so to speak...
This sounds like a drastic reduction or even phase-out of this entire area of the business.
Is that in fact the case?
Do we have systems/products lined up as equivalent or better replacements?
Just trying to see if anyone knows whether there’s a controlled transition here, such that revenue streams are preserved (or increased), or essentially a shutdown/dump with a pretty short time horizon of just a couple years or so.
Signature, Premier, Precision, Cleartouch will ALL be affected by these latest moves by JG/FB. Only a matter of time before there will be NO support for any mainframe run applications. BEST case scenario for all these cores to stay online is 2-3 years.
Yes. There are a LOT of DNA employees on the relocation list that will not be moving…
