About 80% or more of our entire workplace could do their jobs remotely full time without issue. There’s no need to RTO. All of the BS excuses they give about collaboration, being together in person, creativity, etc are just hot air. That is just the same if not better when remote.
So you’re saying hold the line for the miraculous 10% who get to WFH. Wow. What a d-mb post.
