If it's good enough for Dimon, Charlie will be doing/saying the same! No need for executive decisions--or Charlie--when we have Dimon!

About 80% or more of our entire workplace could do their jobs remotely full time without issue. There’s no need to RTO. All of the BS excuses they give about collaboration, being together in person, creativity, etc are just hot air. That is just the same if not better when remote.

So you’re saying hold the line for the miraculous 10% who get to WFH. Wow. What a d-mb post.

Here’s the cliff notes comment:

**The company expects to have about half of its employees work in-person full-time. That includes retail bank branch workers, security and facility workers, and others whose jobs cannot be done remotely.

Meanwhile, approximately 40 percent will be able to embrace a hybrid work model, coming into the office a few days a week. The remaining 10 percent of employees will be able to work from home full-time.**
