Charlie is just a cost cutter. Layoffs, offshoring, outsourcing, short-staffing, Spams & Layers, cutting customer service, mediocrity above excellence, more with less, outdated stack ranking, and weakening of the bank.
You can’t simply cost-cut your way to prosperity. It's the old adage: “You can make a pizza so cheap, nobody will eat it. You can make an airline so cheap, nobody will fly it.”
