Does that mean you are likely to go? Any insights?

If your VP was let go, then your Org will not exist anymore. You’re all either going to be put into new teams or laid off
You may become VP
@tob+1r9m2tVw if you are a SD i am 100% sure you are from Kohls :-)
Depends what org, really.
Which org are you in?
It’s an absolutely not more likely. While there’s no guarantee of anything and the full spectrum of options have all happened in the recent past, a VP being let go does not provide any greater clarity on what may happen to the people reporting to them.
Could mean all sorts of things … most likely you’ll just be restructured but in some cases whole groups are wiped out. Can Nike still sell shoes without your group? If the answer is yes than the odds get higher.
@ybk....I would agree with you except if the SD knows they have blown their budget despite many warnings from DA...
There is simply no way an SD is asking thelayoff.com this question lol
To clarify, I’m a Senior Director. I wasn’t concerned that the entire team would go.
@op.....obviously everyone under the VP will not be let go. Do you think Nike can afford to fire the entire HR tech team?
I think there will be restructure and absorption of teams into another team for the most part. No way some teams can go entirely in the middle of seasons either.
Entire department will let go! Good luck if your VP let go..no VP no BP
Yes, more thank likely. I’m sorry.
