It finally happened...the customers now know

Someone blew the whistle to customers about the RIS score. Had a customer just demand to transfer 4 years worth of content on her naked upgrade and if I didn't do it she would give me a bad score, stating "I know how you all get paid"

This is it.....get ready to have your money threatened by customers. Thanks Verizon.

Effective immediately— you are all trainers without trainer pay, actually “Less Pay” and your primary goal is now teaching people to not come to the store unless it is an ISPU.

You are all teaching Online to do your job for you. Madness. This some next level lean six sigma black belt stuff guys. For those of you who remember the 90’s.

In our store . We are actually showing a lot of. people how to do in store pick up from the My Verizon App. When they come in and whine *how come there's no promos going on for just upgrades "? We telll them the promos are mostly digital based. So after a few minutes of complaining and more whining we show them how its done on the app on their phone with them telling us they're not tech savvy. But go home and take a survey and submit it. If they ask for content we show them how to do it and tell them they have too make a future appointment. If its a non aggressive or somewhat friendly customer or senior ill show them and stare at their phone for an hour while anarchy gos on around us! So yes I take my time. So the customers that continue to come to corporate stores to "upgrade " in 2020 are being taught the future of Verizon corporate store! By the way the safety protocol has been disregarded in our store! ( overcrowding and no 6 foot distancing.

@szk+178PF7lx There is no such thing as “smashing” commission anymore. If you smash RIS you make a little extra but not much. Reps will average between 500-900 with little effort and maybe an extra 100 with extra effort. Great plan VZW as every metric is down since the new team commission went into effect.

I really want you to think long and hard about your worth not only as a person but to the company.

If your utility bill is now linked to someone resetting their Facebook password or putting on a screen protector It is time for a mid-life crisis.

People, you are worth more than this! You don’t have to be treated this way. I’ve been gone for a month and I can assure you it is better on the other side.

You don’t have to justify being verbally abused or threatened to make money. You are not mail order brides. This is a free market economy. Move on... please.. Save your dignity.

@tow+178PF7lx whilst I do agree to just go as slow as possible, some reps DO rely on smashing commission every month to keep their bills in check.

for the hourly that I'm paid I will stand there and transfer all the customers sh–, I would was their windows on their auto. This job is easy cash flow for nothing.
