WFH strictness

How strict is your location about wfh? We are on a hybrid schedule but they do not make ANY exceptions. Either call out or go in the office for us….. sounds pretty crazy when we can just WFH and not miss a day

If this is true:

"We have software that measures keystrokes so we can tell who is working or not. Get a bird to pe-k on keyboard like tv to make it more believable than adding a weight to just one key. Hope this helps "

I call BS on whoever asked for that report and more so who may make decisions from it.

I highly doubt there is any statistical significance in that information - for example, what if you have someone in the same 'job code' that is on the phone all day or something, who are they bench-marked against? I just don't believe any useful or justified decisions could be made with this information.

Proof? Also, if results are met, then why do you want to insist people coming back to office ? Not your employees’ fault you didn’t make any friends when younger so need to see people in office so you don’t get lonely seeing empty desks

But there were days when you were not productive and just put a weight on the keyboard to make yourself appear active when in fact you were sick on couch not working and so your options are what the world used to offer. Sorry but they are fair
