It’s starting to get bad in the 3 districts close by me. People are quitting left and right. The part-timers are unreliable and call out every other day. Multiple reps have been put on finals for attendance and moral is an all time low.
Like… over 10 SMs and GMs combination have quit in my area in the month or so lmao

There are a lot of jobs out there. Take advantage of it! I left VZW in April and easily found the same pay and benefits with a better schedule with another company. I stop by this site occasionally to see if anything is improving, looks like it hasn’t. VZW made me very attractive for other companies, so don’t be afraid to quit if you are burnt out!
I believe the Fix news theory is that the government is paying people too much to stay at home. Because of that, jobs aren't being filled, and companies have to pay more. That's why it's hit of you want to work. Lots of openings. People paying more than normal. Fox isn't wrong. Good luck. If you want to work, take advantage.

That's true job market is hot I wouldn't quit because then you get no one employment either try to get fired or waited out
