Someone below mentioned weeks paid is now based on band vs tenure? True?

@sng hasn't been VALUES for over six months.
For me it was 20 weeks at E band for 10 years service. Hope this helps someone. I dont believe band level mattered much from the chart I saw, and it was roughly 2 weeks/year, with a few extra weeks for people with like <5, <3 years
Safe to use the last "VALUES" banded severance figures and map them to your current grade. It will be close, if not better.
If you know anyone laid off since September , ask
They will tell you and yes there is a grid given in your paperwork. No idea to know if everyone’s paperwork is different and when they gave me mine I had to sign I wouldn’t share what I got or I risk paying back my severance
Is there somewhere those details can be seen?
Ie: what would 20 years at band 40 be?
Yes, and by tenure “groups” not individual years. And each band # is in different groups (similar to e band etc)
It changed in September, so you can’t base it off of past layoffs
Combo of both, band + Tenure, thats typically been the case at least as long as I've known.
