the company I work for NOT rolling out a brand new pos system when the previous one still doesn't work, so now I'm forced to spend half my interaction playing Point of Sale Roulette to figure out which one will let me complete a transaction with fewer errors than the other
not being hounded about gods damned data transfers like I'm a living breathing Cellebrite Machine every day
not being told to have a $120 ARD, and then busting my a-s to load accessories up on customers only to see that- OPE- they all bundled for 70% off each accessories so now I sold 6 things for the price of 2 and ain't that just fantastic
not biting my lip raw in hopes of getting VZ credit card apps despite the fact that I LITERALLY GET NOTHING IN RETURN FOR THEM

quota going up 50% from one month to the next even though we're going into the slowest time of the year
allowing id--t customers to dictate the amount of money I make and becoming a punching bag for them and watching my coworkers become punching bags for them in the hopes that they don't give us a gd 8/10 on a survey and cost us hundreds of dollars a month

watching the company (in the least subtle way) try and force all the 40 hour veteran employees out bc why would they pay us $23+/hr + commissions working 40hr a week when they can get other people working 24/32 hrs a week making $17/hr?

They want to give everyone more ownership in the business by making them keyholders? But there’s still no communication. The point of sale literally never works and you just have to do everything six times to try to build a quote with accurate math and then trying to ring everything out all the activations fail, you call into COR and are told “what do you want me to do?”
You say, “don’t you guys have a button that fixes orders”
they say “we do but it doesn’t work anymore”

Yeah but sell like it makes you money when everyone is making the least they’ve ever made.

why pressure sales when you aren’t compensated for sales? Why would part-timers be able to sell like top reps? WHAT IS THE GAME-PLAN, VERIZON? They should just tell us

Looks like there is a trial done from Hans & KB team mates to see if someone were to say smthng negative they can capitalize on that & make things psychologically better even though they’re NOT. Bcz everything comes from them $$$ Justify ur position, title & what have u DONE for the company KB. Explain us “WHAT” “U” get paid for. Explain!!! Bootlickers r welcome to comment bcz we know there r plenty!! All the other carriers r NOT doing it having learnt from the past so WHY is VERLIESON given a free green pass then? If u hold any value to this company KB, reply, once again make ur job justified & also why Verizon when every other competitor got sued? We want answers, if jot others then why us?

@tjs+1b1RkkVt-nobody should clock out and just keep working and not get paid for it. There are laws in place for exactly this reason. Verizon has gotten in trouble for this before. Do not let Verizon make you think it's ok to do this or strong arm you.

As an SM, I totally get where this guy is coming from. We can’t even expense a birthday cake for an employees birthday. Plus My other co-SM and I work A lot of OT but just clock out and keep working. It’s just easier this way. Even though it’s business needs, We get yelled at for OT. Even if we have 5 in que and 1 manager and 1rep closing. So sad.... “meet customers where they want to be met” they said.

Yes indeed! Amen to that! The fact of the matter is, even if we wrote our hearts out in those “Meaningless” surveys, nothing literally nothing will change. Oh u said we listened, if all BS btw, so instead of wasting our time in those 160 characters, lets join hands and put it our in the Media. Bcz then the NLRB, Dept of Labor, other legal authorities will get behind them. Also, please don’t get me wrong, if one does take that survey & does say smthng honest & eye opening which actually makes perfect sense, they’re Red Flag u and then just wait & watch for the repercussions aks Retaliation. HR peeps are just d-mb as the box of rocks, and nothing else, when they clock in they most likely just sit their 8 hours on that comfy chair & clock out along with ear plugs stuffed inside their ears. Its a very TOXIC work environment, Corruption & Extreme Nepotism is being practiced now under Hans & KB. They both deserved to be fired. I’d say lets even invite an investigation team that how Hans even got hired based on how he completely screwed Ericsson. Cannot wait till it happens. It will happen soon indeed. Amen!!

Learn to adjust or s*** *p. Hans and KB are doing the best they can and that’s how you thank them? Next thing is we will hear about those scummy UNIONS. You’re simply not cut out to be VTeamer; go do some volunteer work or something. Sheesh.
