I helped two customers behind a plastic wall (impressive). I used my own phone to teach a lady how to soft reset her phone. And another that was a (manager exception) to process an exchange. We had to disinfect ANYTHING the customer touched. Really good right? Yet my “manager” kept their mask at a level with their nose exposed almost the whole day. The told me it’s ok to go to parties as long as you self quarantine and stay away from old people. You wear a mask for me and my family....why can people not see this?

Now kids are being effected, just wear a mask. It ain’t about politics or your freedoms. God will keep you and your family safe from Covid, yet you need a fun to keep you and your family safe? Just wear a mask, don’t be a spreader!!

Why are you helping someone soft reset her phone??? Like No!!! They need to call technical services. If it’s not cause you absolutely need a phone or a first responder needs something VERY important, then you shouldn’t be exposing yourself like that. Anything that can be done with customer service right now should be handled through them only. Once this is all over then people can go back to asking all the dumb questions they want.
