Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

How I Trick Fiserv

Sooo I didn’t like the 5 days or sapience obviously. But there’s a positive outlook to this. I quickly realized Fiserv and its incompetent VPs no longer measure performance on output. It’s not about how much you get done, it’s just about being perceived as a hard worker now.

So what I do: I badge in early then leave to Starbucks for a long lunch. U also gym for 2 hours a day. All counts towards your in office requirements. I scroll on YouTube or IG off WiFi and just wiggle my finger on mouse to keep teams green. This keeps my Sapience at 8 hrs a day. Also accept all calendar invites and go on 15 minute walks in a call by myself :).

I also fake a lot of reports and send to my managers because I learned they don’t validate the numbers yayyy. Corporations will su-k you dry and use you as a machine to build shareholder value. I quiet quit months ago but keep getting great feedback and even a bonus + raise because I learned to look busy not be busy. Try that maybe..good luck guys sorry we are struggling. I decided to take advantage of them instead and fake work for one more years salary. Helps conserve my energy and it’s a fun little game can’t believe no one caught me yet.

I did the same thing for years while being overemployed with a remote job that doesn't treat me like trash.

I would just badge into the parking deck twice a day and leave, no sapience if you worked with gov systems. I still covered my few responsibilities at fiserv in an hour or two per day max.

People act like im in the wrong… that is sl@ve morality. 5 days a week 9 hours and soyware… while underpayed? Smd i am vindicated.

@rz+1jqdn02x6 unless you are a mo--n, taking walks is productive for knowledge work... if you aren't just slacking

Well may be true but you only hurt yourself when your work ethic is sh-t. You will take it with you from fiserv if you don't stay forever the longer you do

Or, they're just trolling management to get them to waste time trying to verify if this is real. Not that anyone would troll on this site...

If things get worse we will just be less productive. That’s how life works.

Same hahaha glad I’m not alone. If you have other things to get done during the day and don’t care to grow here, fiserv is actually the perfect company. Get your steps in.

I live by the office and come in usually 10-3. I finish work at home then drive back just to badge in and out around 6 pm. Kinda d-mb to drive to work just to badge the door and go home, but it’s worth it if I can work hybrid still! Just glad I live close enough to do this and I don’t see in view of manager so he doesn’t mention me being away from desk all day. That’s another nice hack. Just have to badge between 7 am and 7 pm.

Oooooh taking notes. Bless you. I’m on the verge of quitting but I want to be laid off for severance. I will try stopping work and just giving them my time

Yep I definitely quit mmm the ago. I have a separate business and do my expenses in excel all day since sapience counts it. Love getting paid to work at my other job because Fiserv stopped checking how much work you complete :) only look at your badge and sapience. It’s honestly perfect if you keep a good mindset. Just bad if you actually wanted to grow here. But who wants that let’s just take their money

Accept all meetings! i’m a big cheat also. haters can hate:) life is good at fiserv bc they care about time and not actual productivity.

I do the same things. But i incorporate an “reseach tickets” meeting for me and a trusted friend. we both join and have a 2hr lunch while the rest of the mo--ns work extra hard. Easy Peasy.

OR you can just stop being a lazy a-s boomer and actually be productive it’s normal to work 8hours a day 5 days a week always has been. Maybe if you took less walks you would have a promotion by now

This is genius.. I also started doing the long outdoor walks and lunches when I found they just measure first to last badge! I didn’t know gym counts as well. I struggle with sapience tracking because sometimes I read or watch a video for work or talk to coworker in office and it is not tracked as productivity time… I do have to give weekly and daily progress reports so I may look into inflating it to skip. A dark environment here at fiserv for sure.
