KL made an announcement on the Heartbeat site, to let everyone know not to believe the rumor's in the news but couldn’t tell employees herself, that jobs are being eliminated. She su-ks so much.

There was a post about the 1% layoffs in Heartbeat posted yesterday at 6am titled "Ensuring our continued compititivenes". Was hidden... Not featured.
Letters going out today of folks being let go. Know of 1 so far and its not a "corporate" position
I think it’s clear they’re trying to normalize layoffs as a necessary and regular occurrence that isn’t a big deal. Which is why it won’t be surprising when they lay off just another “less than a percent” despite that being like 6% of the corporate workforce.
The cold and casual part is the point and doesn’t bode well for the future or handling of subsequent layoffs.

The fact that she didn’t make it a headline when you first open heartbeat tells you all you need to know.
I feel like employees of Fortune 500 companies should take a page from the unions and just strike for better pay and benefits. She makes 40 plus thousands a min. Even when she sleeps. But has the audacity to keep ppl living paycheck to paycheck in the dark for their jobs.
And since CVS took over it’s been a sh*tshow

What are people here even talking about? This post isn’t about layoffs, that’s not what she’s saying to not believe rumors about. It’s about the new stories saying that CVS is going to be broken up.

Our LD met with us yesterday to let us know who had been 'impacted' on our team. Hoping what we learned there is the end of the lay-offs in our group.
Right. she says not to believe “the news” yet it’s HR that has been saying this was coming for months. AND her own SVP posted it on heartbeat yesterday. It’s not a rumor. She thinks we’re stupid.
