No more designated work space, no option to WFH, no more opportunities to grow one’s career internally if not in a hub, 401(k) matching just once a year, no more profit sharing, uncertain bonus, horrible rating system for performance reviews.
What else did I miss?

I think WF should be giving out 2 free tests to everyone to test twice a week, so that we're all making sure we're not catching it or infecting others, vaxed or not. Those rapid tests aren't cheap, so the vaccinated individuals will be coming up out of pocket for theirs. I see discrimination lawsuits and wrongful death cases a coming.... They don't care about their vaccinated employees either.
Also, how would anyone know if the tests were even being done correctly? Could just be getting the little qtip wet and wrecking all kinds of havoc tossing germies everywhere, none of us are safe. That must be the attrition strategy.
It nulls at my nerves that since these executives took over, none of them can actually talk for a full 45 minutes without having a "guest speaker". Usually guest speaker is talking about DEi, which most of the underlings had embraced years and years ago. Why can't someone making millions talk for 45 minutes and answer questions for 15 minutes by themselves? Least Stumpf could do that!!!
You forgot that white Christian males are not welcome at Wells Fargo.*
*Unless you're part of Charlie's network and a former employee of BNY Mellon or Chase.
Spending billions on company stock buybacks instead of improving oversite and technology.
I wish there were some way to let shareholders know what is really going on inside the company: short-term decisions putting the long-term health of WFC at risk. I would take out a full page ad in the WSJ if I could afford it.
The loss of commenting on TWs, being called “the help” instead of family, no more museums or ponies, no transparency, no more centralized location for WF articles (“if they don’t read it, it never happened”), moving our head quarters to NY but claiming they didnt, removal or job families/midpoints (there’s that lack of transparency again), spans and layers, no more company phones, laptops (we will be losing these soon if you aren’t aware), or assigned desks where you can keep a photo of the reason you go in the office and put up w this shht every day, and the list goes on and on.
You do get to work from home, 2-3 days a week
The problem is that people still look to them as "Leaders" instead of what they are: "Executives". Executives are not always Leaders. In the case of WF, NONE of them are leaders...
Don't forget publicly insulting minorities and causing his own PR nightmares.
I have lost all faith in leadership and my work pace has slowed tremendously as a result. Now with testing required twice a week, if I happen to get it most likely it will be from one of the vaccinated.
This is only being done to help get rid of more staff.
Morale in the toilet, CEO presentations filled with constant um’s and ahi’s, hiring a bunch of him incompetent buddies, being a lazy a-s, lying to Congressional committees, more customer scandals, unresolved regulatory issues - I could go on!
Charlie*
The shared workspace thing started well before Charlie. CPG has been using it to cut costs and justify their own existence / raises for years. The initiative didn't impact everyone early on, but it was always headed that way. "Growing a career only in hubs" has also been a thing forever. It might not have always been enterprise wide or in the same hubs, but zillions of job postings have location requirements, that's not new.
And you don't think covid had any bearing on any of the things you mention? Thanks for the great post Koalemos.
We have loudspeaker now!
That about sums it up.
