Has anyone heard of an employee getting fired or reprimanded for not meeting the sapience or badge swipes mandates? I've only seen people get warnings.

I was forced to layoff someone due to amount of time in office per badge swipes

On badge report 2 or more times will be exited
Doubt anything explicit is mentioned like "Sapience says"...but layoff reasons can be vague. Business volumes blah blah blah. Poor Sapience numbers just paint target on your back for who to cut first... You do NOT want to be an outlier unless you want to go.
We all just got Sapience so I would say will take a few months for them to build cases. But would bet WfH is on the chopping block first.

People are and have got fired the last few weeks because of this explicitly.
