The Chinese water torture of micro RTO delays shines a light on WF leadership's total incompetence.
They can't find their way out of a paper bag at this point.
Can't run the company, can't do right by customers, can't comply with consent orders in timely manner, can't manage RTO in any logical way, on and on it goes as we circle the drain.
WF should be focusing on employees' health and WF business continuity planning. They are creating a scenario in which vital Operations staff could be out of commission due to illness (or death) based on forced, premature RTO.
If there was any shred of respect left for leadership, it's obliterated now.
Charlie, just a tip -- if you don't have employee support, you have nothing. We know you plan on selling off WF, but your should know that you need employees to keep is viable until then.
Employees are beyond embarrassed on behalf of the buffoons claiming to lead this company.
