Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

When will Shart be ousted?

Charlie and his troupe of clowns have only made things worse and have shown no capability to make the regulatory changes needed at this org.

Was he too successful in filling the BOD with obedients that he will be able to stick around? Or will there be a new CEO in the not so distant future?

@dsw. You think you have regulatory issues now and it’s a sh!tshow and suggest THAT? 🤣

Maybe, but he's still temporary. I just hope that when he leaves he takes the COO and much of the rest of the NYC clan with him.

The Board of Directors seem quite happy with him, and he keeps hiring more of his peeps, and ousting those that stand against him, so he's solidifying his role.

Let’s ask SPF to be the new CEO. He’s got the perfect track record.

Our Board of Directors would have to wake up from their subsidized sleepy-time naps to oust Scharf.

They only lift their heads up from their fluffy pillows when the drum beat gets too loud from the Press, vocal shareholders, and the Senate Banking Committee.

Charlie is making some progress in his personal crusade against cranberries and kicking guests out of his house ASAP after Thanksgiving dinner, but not any progress with the true problems at this company. And no, needing to buy back more stock doesn't qualify.

@qon Meta was the d-mbest rebrand possible. Look at what it's done to the value of FB. You don't abandon your brand name to rebuild it.

OMG! We have a CEO who can’t speak properly? I am so sick and tired of listening to people who continually speak by adding interjections. I.e. Umm, ahh, etc…
Implied hesitations are so annoying. Do you think that people who make millions of dollars a year could afford to hire a speech therapist, or a professional orator trainer.
TG I haven’t had to attend any of those town halls.

Schart is making progress, but there's still a lot of work left to do. Or so he says at every meeting between the uhh, umm, and ahhs.

The bank is worse than a shell of what it was. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the name. Every professional, intelligent CEO knows that in order to get a fresh start, you must change the name of the company. I.e. Meta, Alphabet, etc…
Just saying, the name out loud gives me a bad case of diarrhea.

Chainsaw is doing what the board wants. They all need to go as the bank today is a shell of what it was.

Maybe former President Donald Trump would like to be the new CEO. Wouldn’t that make things more exciting? Goodbye, DE&I.

He'll have to leave on his own. Remember it took a long time to find someone that would even entertain this job.

I’m hoping he leaves in February after he gets his bonus like everybody else in the company.

My guess is, he'll either get the cap lifted and leave within a year of that happening to go turn around another company or the BOD will kick him out with the golden parachute sometime in 2024.
