Does anyone know the timing of the accelerated vesting of RSUs/stock options after termination date? I contacted People Solutions, and they weren't aware of exact timing.

People Solutions gave an exact date for severance payout (5/17) but didn't have an exact date for accelerated vesting. They quoted language in stock agreement is ambiguous on exact timing.

@qma nice try. if you have a stock agreement, you know. if you don't, you don't need to know.
I don't think the timing is detailed in the documents, meaning when will your options become actionable or when will your RSU be moved to your stock account. Since it is part of the severance package I am expecting it to be at the same time. That is also when I expect your >2025 vestings to dissapear of your account.
Sorry that you (and others) were let go. We lost a lot of really good people. It's a shame and I still feel really bad for all of the great people we lost.
Just for my (and others) reference, how does the vesting process work when you're let go? Do they only acknowledge all the years left to vest or only a limited amount?
