Working here, yk. They will try to convince you that you’re the problem and it’s your fault, because they know too.
They will try to convince YOU thru faux science that you’re physically incapable, but we know you’re the most educated. They know it too.
Their work is convincing you that you don’t belong in their space, because you being here is a daily reminder of everything they know to be true. They don’t hate you. They hate themselves. The hate they place on you is just a projection.

Be the mirror. Let them know you know it too.

The only thing your brain seems to be doing right now is failing at reading comprehension. In any event, stop wallowing in your victimhood. You don't know anything about me or oppression my peeps and I have endured, and you won't because I don't spend all day crying about it, and I don't blame tHe oPpResSoR for keeping me down. The reality is that we live in the least oppressed period of time in human history. You think you have it bad? Maybe you do, but you're still ahead of 99% of human beings that ever lived on this rock. If you haven't had to k### anyone to survive today, you're doing ok. Nature is a savage place. The weak are literally eaten. Meanwhile you're sitting there on your $1000 cell phone bellyaching about how some lady half way across the country that you never have and never will meet is oppressing you. It sounds like you're oppressing yourself.

How about reading up on the ways in which you’re part of the problem? Read up on how your privilege and audacity is blinding you to the lived experiences of others.

There are countless papers, studies, and research subjects in the field that have nothing to do with "white males". People also routinely ignore their own "lived experiences" as well. Read up on studies involving the accuracy (or lack thereof) of eye witness accounts sometime. The mind plays some interesting tricks.

Please keep your ‘psychiatry’ that’s based on the study of WHITE MALES. You don’t get to use bs science to ignore the trauma of others. That won’t work anymore. You can believe your delusions but as OP said we know the truth.

@ag here. I am a white boomer woman educated and experienced. What is going on is not about race, underqualifications or laziness. I don't believe in quiet quiting. I am a professional but a realist. The current climate is a history repeat. The location strategy plays into this. When mgt strives for teams to be co-located that creates cliques. Small minded people want to surround themselves with friends. Then what happens is the small minded leader wants others to leave who they do not like. True diversity levels the field where your opportunities are driven by your input. This is best achieved in a geographical dispursed team that removes local stereotypical biases or by having wise leaders who value diversity, promote teamwork and lead by example.. IYKYK...

I am being blatantly gas lit. Often. I keep detailed notes and they say something different every time. There is basically nothing we can do. Leaders have full reign to do and say what they want with no recourse and full HR protection.

It's so difficult to live with that it years apart your psyche.

OP. Spot on.. Im getting this same treatment. Its called "gaslighting". Purpose? To get you to quit or set-up to be fired. Why? To avoid paying severence and replace you with lower wage. They do not care about DEI or potential lawsuits because only their bottom line matters. There is no such thing as reputational risk anymore for job market or employee satisfaction. There are millions waiting to take your job everyehere.
