I don't think Q1 wrapped up well and prospects for Q2 do not look better.

"hot garbage"!
@pooo
I was told the raises will take effect with the last payday of April. Should know by the end of the week.
Haven't heard anything, but my merit increase didnt take effect after april 1st like it normally does. Can anyone else confirm?
I have way too much $$$ and happy to give back
At Honeywell, it always gets worse before it gets worse. Next up after cancellation of merit increases will be pay and benefit decreases. Spanking and physical abuse shortly thereafter.
All IA ISC merits cancelled, I was told in a private discussion yesterday. Ooof.
The probably be introducing some more furloughs. I don’t know if they can reduce your pay. They probably reduce staff. Office people and production workers. The rest will just have to fill in the gap.
Polite request, please keep the election politics off the chat. Thanks.
What I do know is that they are scrambling right now to maintain stock price, the 'Re-org' was the strategy to temporarily boost market confidence and nudge the price back up to qualify executive bonus requirements, which worked.
It's a once in a CEO move that is now already losing steam very, very fast.
Wall street soon started seeing through it.
The quest continues to fast boost revenue for following quarters without minimal investment (which damages revenue), there is only one method Honeywell knows to boost short term revenue and that is to rob you and the future of the company.
Not hard to guess what this year may yield hey.

As it should be.
Won't be the first time and certainly not the last.
When Orange get a hold of the government, look out! It's gonna be loyalty tests for people in government and at major defense companies.... careful what you wish for.
Which quarter is the most important in the history of Honeywell? This one. If cancelling raises mean making the numbers, then so be it! It's not personal its just business.
Canceling merit increases during double digit inflation (you know the actual number we’re experiencing) would be beyond immoral. That would be the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. It’s bad enough to suffer with the daily madness of this poorly run company, but to take a serious pay cut is egregious.
Q1 earnings are hot garbage. Don’t want to go into too much detail and dox myself. Directors and leaders are fishing around for ways to manipulate the numbers but there’s only so much that can be done with a house of cards built on a sandy foundation.
This security acquisition is looking like a plate full of excr-ment with these dwindling sales numbers. Thumbs down
I'm expecting raises and merits to be quietly canceled in May or June. Just like in 2020. Then Hineywell beats earnings at the end of the year and its executives reap a windfall. Meanwhile, the rest of us can count on another pissant raise next year.
If we are still here????
