Once my lawyers got involved, HR was finally able to find $15k in missing 401k contributions.
@pjn+1rIVsELm OH PLEASE - no one could even answer the question from the severance packages how long people were expected to remain at this companies beck and call after they were let go but in order to get their money.

The HR team at Fiserv is really good - lots of long-term HR experience at Fiserv and outside of Fiserv. They deal with tough issues so it’s no surprise that this forum is taking a negative swipe.
I called HR this morning, and was greeted with such pleasant voice. I asked m question and all of a sudden it kept repeating “it does not compute” , “it does not compute” , “it does not compute” , “it does not compute” , “it does not compute” , “it does not compute” , “it does not compute” .
HR at Fiserv is useless anyways.
IBM cut 650 of 700 HR staff and handed it all over to Nvidia AI. They probably also use servicenow that has been mostly turned over to AI. It'll be taking jobs.
