Disgruntled workers in disbelief.

Lot’s of non-bargained slackers at $T get full-time pay for little or no work. I can’t speak to the craft workers. The slacker co-workers used to drive me nuts so I jumped at the severance package and just bailed out some years ago. No regrets. Buh bye!, slackers.

Have you not seen what is entering our employee force over the past 15 - 20 years?
This is exactly what these new employees want:
Don't need to have any experience.
Don't need to ever have any productivity,
Just login remotely (or show up once or twice a week) and collaborate.

They pay for it because they need all the help they can get.

You obviously have not been taking your mandatory PLE training courses-all if not most are done through linked-in, AT&T pays linked-in a lot of $$ for access to those training videos-so hence the rating

I love my job at T. Part-time work with full-time pay and benefits.

ranked #7?? don't have a permanent office or even a cubicle, have to sit at a table shared with many others now, have to carry all my equipment in every day. told to be at office 8+ hours per day 4 days a week and that managers expected to work 55 hours a week. how is this company ranked #7 best to work for? maybe if it was a fast food restaurant it would be the 7th best.

Gotta get rid of the few disgruntled workers trying to bring everyone else down.

They must be pulling data from some ancient sources as it even says:

Is that remote work from India?

You know it's not to believed when the at&t blog on it talks about retirement plans. Is that just a normal 401K that everyone pretty much has? They took away just about every "retirement" benefit that was worth anything to existing employees (human capital as the Stank calls them)--and even from those who used to qualify for them.

What's funny about this is att doesn't even show up in the top 100 companies in similar surveys from previous years.

not surprised. have you really followed what linkedin is? it is a circlej--kof virtue signaling for DEI, globalism, LGBT, you name it. AT&T fits right in with their objectives. It is another communist organization that rewards you for compliance.

The internal Employee Engagement Survey results consistently support this same finding.

It's all botted and/or fake, just like their Glassdoor page. I submitted a 2-star review on Glassdoor pointing out the very blatant age discrimination that goes on at the company. It took 2 weeks for the review to get published, at which point it was buried 12 pages deep and sandwiched in between a bunch of nobodies celebrating Stankey's non-existent success.

Putting that aside, the sheer fact that Glassdoor even allows a company in question to pin a review to the front page just shows how stupidly broken and biased Glassdoor is.

I work in HR. I fill out surveys all day. My director tells me to rate them 10/10.
