Because management only care about how to stay longer so they can full exercise their big fat package. Very few actually care about values, people or results.
@pgs so you are not capable of forming good teams then. Why are you not fired by now?

English can be difficult and takes a lot of people by the elephant of surprise.
I’ve had good luck in the past setting up swat teams but my squat teams didn’t pan out so well.

Any reflection beyond nostalgia is lost in Nike. My experience has been that we have to force any sober look at the good bad and ugly aspects of things just delivered. Mostly sparking the rage of middle management twits who can’t take objective criticism and who can’t think beyond the next latte.
