Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Why we don’t spend time to analysis and admit what didn’t work..

Before we talk about what to be done; we should really first talk about what didn’t work. It’s hard to understand from / to besides a different pivot of segments and formally set up a squat team..

Because management only care about how to stay longer so they can full exercise their big fat package. Very few actually care about values, people or results.

@pgs so you are not capable of forming good teams then. Why are you not fired by now?

You don’t need to be so rude @pgs.

I’ve had good luck in the past setting up swat teams but my squat teams didn’t pan out so well.

Ha!
Any reflection beyond nostalgia is lost in Nike. My experience has been that we have to force any sober look at the good bad and ugly aspects of things just delivered. Mostly sparking the rage of middle management twits who can’t take objective criticism and who can’t think beyond the next latte.
