@v0 There are some seriously talented individuals in India. I've worked with many over the years. Their culture doesn't do them any favors.

NetIQ has always been a clunky, old-school nightmare to work with. Now that pretty much all the development has been dumped over in India, dealing with the senior leadership there is like pulling teeth. The VPs and directors seem like they’re just sitting around passing time and collecting a paycheck instead of actually fixing customer problems. Honestly, OpenText needs to stop sleeping on this and completely clean house at the executive level over there.

It's been working for me. It's clunky, gets 'stupid' at times, and has a cr-ppy interface.

Seems to me it's a solution to a problem that didn't exist. As with everything OpenText, others have had better solutions, longer. We're an MS shop. Why don't we use MS authenticator? I have to use it for my azure vms. Makes no sense.

Well it has a rating of 1.5 on the IOS App Store seems like it’s well liked!

I use it but it's the worst. First fingerprint it's me to enter the app, then accept, then ok.

Okta must simpler, yes its me, fingerprint done

iirc it's one of the many "gifts" from microfocus

@OP I’ve never had an issue. Must be user error.
