Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Banks and Credit Unions: Help us help you

Our CEO does not have your best interests in mind. He is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer. Being the head of the board AND the head of the company appears to be a huge conflict of interests. There is no one policing him and his destructive decisions.

He only cares to line his pockets. He ran his last company into the ground and has been doing the same to our company (and its once stellar reputation) for the past 3 solid years.

I am speaking on behalf of those of us who actually do the work at Fiserv - we genuinely want the best for you. Unfortunately, we are no longer equipped to do so. We do not have C-level support. We are severely backlogged with nowhere near the staff to do the work. Those with decades of institutional knowledge (and Fiserv knowledge in particular) are leaving in droves and being forced out by arbitrary decisions by leadership.

YOU are the only ones who can help. You need to demand service and demand the C-level leadership give a damn and fund the areas who need more resources in order to deliver quality solutions to our customers.

Signed,
Trying but Unable

Agree with @owb+1pGEELxQ two years too late. There is no going back too many have left and or driven out by greed.

If an overseas buyer is not found KKR will most likely broker a deal to spin off the division saddle it with a mountain of debit. The new zombie company then will comprise of all the dying cores, legacy payment platforms and old tech.

For anyone still left pray you get a package soon.

Where is FIG going? Who is buying?

Too late. Not even the clients can stop this train wreck now. In Frank's mind the FIG group is already sold. Any damage is the purchasing company's problem. (Buyer beware)

They even reorganized the internal structure of the company because the entire FIG group is going away. No reason to keep track of something that will not be there in the future.

Indeed, clients need to speak up. Total BS to require RTO where any collaboration is via Teams.
