Haven't met a person who isn't trying to rush out the door. The ones having work thrown at the them and are putting on the biggest smile playing teacher's pet are the ones that sent their resume out a couple hours earlier and taking interviews at lunch (myself included). No listening session is going to change minds it only shows how uncomfortable and artificial TAS has become.

Only way to describe this place is like playing an awful game of boggle where every time you think you have all the words the top of house shakes it up and changes everything and you have to search all over again for anything that makes sense. Never seen anything like it.
I can't staff audits and when we do people leave and we are left with newbies trying to lead testing. It's not sustainable. The people leaving know the business. Sick of getting the runaround from the leaders that this is normal against peers turnover because it is not. Throw around whatever number you want. @osd+1pelNZbG asking why leaders didn't announce some senior departures. They likely don't want anyone to know. Under the rug.
A few years ago, after having worked at BB&T previously, I looked at applying for a job at SunTruist. They had just done the merger. "Nah, I bet that merger of equals is a dumpster fire..." If only I were as good at picking stocks...
TAS IMPEACHMENT 2023
Decisions have been made who is in, who is out, and who is demoted or layered. Now we just wait. Bet my pretty little b-m that every MUFGer will make out quite well.
Out with Demaio and Martin. Dunn for CAO. I'll make the lawn signs and stickers.
@juw .... thank goodness for humor!
It puts the lotion on its skin or it gets the hose again.
DeMaio seems to have brought a lot of MUFG cronies with her to SunTruist. Looking at Dunns background, education etc. it seems as though she should be riffed and he replace her post haste.
Just noticed today that several IT Audit Directors are now in Enterprise Tech reporting to David Dunn and no on in Leadership has said a thing.
