CISO has hired literally his own people who know nothing and do nothing. They will stay for a few months and leave. The level of favoritism is unbelievable. The level of incompetence is absurd. CISO has large masses of new people hired in the last month.
CISO doesn't know what he's doing. Some controls are quietly being disabled and removed. Top talent is gone. New manager hires have own agenda. We're lowing the bar in security. The regulators have not caught on yet. It's hard to stay here and watch the train wreck.

To be honest I had that feeling. Although I thought it would be more down the line after they hired the Indian contractors. The moment recent scandal that came to light made it clear they cannot keep their sh-t together.

SS is the most inept of the CISOs for the last 6 years. They stay for a year or two until some scandal erupts. In this case, gary lasted 2 years, Kurt a few months and now this guy for two . Joke? Not a funny one .

PTO has been reduced to RTO avoidance time. Our families are nothing more than an additional cost / inconvenience to them.
