Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

401k & Bonus Eligibility

If your Notice Period concludes prior to December 15th you will not receive the 401k matching contributions for the year.

If your Notice Period concludes prior to your anticipated Incentive pay date, you will not receive the ICP/bonus.

Just more cost savings for Wells Fargo.

I'm genuinely shocked that the company isn't hurting more from the fact that nobody who actually works here does business with WF or recommends WF. It's the reddest of red flags when employees want nothing to do with their employer aside from their work function.

I get it, but is it up to your manager to put you in for the bonus if you leave after 9/30? This place is so bad that I am not confident at all about that happening. A friend of mine from a smaller bank wants to hire me but I am putting him off until Oct. He gets it, but I have no confidence in the bonus going through if I leave in Oct or Nov.

stop the misinformation. employment (including being on notice) as of 9/30 of this year makes you bonus eligible if you are on a bonus plan

False news! If you are employed or in your 60/90 notice status on 9/30/23 you may be eligible for a 2023 bonus.

Oh no, they'll rob me of 6% of matched income.

Yeah, that'll have me tell everyone I meet that WF is a good company they should bank with.

I already tell people to use the other bank I do all my business with.
